Electro Optical Modulator

The project proposes to further develop and test a compact digital acquisition system with high sampling rate. This DAQ (Data Acquisition) method when compared the state-of-the-art products is 10 times cheaper for similar performance specifications. The proof of concept already has been tested successfully at the CLEAR facility. The additional development with this funding will provide an opportunity to build a high bandwidth oscilloscope that is cheaper and better.
